Italy's basketball star Gallinari endures the cruciate tendon rupture

Italy's basketball star Danilo Gallinari needs to stop briefly for months after the injury-related EM. The 34-year-old got a cruciate ligament tear in the left knee, as his company Boston Celtics announced.

Gallinari harmed himself on August 27 at the international match against Georgia as well as at first canceled his involvement in the European Champion because of a curve injury. It injures like hell to surrender this blue dream, Gallinari said. Now the winger needs to return in 2023 at the earliest.
